<p>This excellent Victorian cottage stands in a picturesque position on the bank of the river Hull, yards from the Crown & Anchor Pub, serving recommended bar meals.</p> <p>The cottage has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. It sleeps 6 (2 double bedrooms, 1 with adult bunk beds), has its own garden and access to the riverbank owned by the proprietors.</p> <p>GCH throughout (prices inclusive of gas/electricity), colour TV, video, gas cooker, washer/dryer. All linen free of charge. Children welcome (cot available upon request). Dogs welcome with prior agreement. Fishing rights. Garden furniture/barbecue provided.</p> <p>The cottage at Hull Bridge is 1/4 mile from Tickton village (village shop, pub, church), 1 mile from historic Beverley (Minster and period buildings), 20 minutes from the coast (Hornsea - Freeport and Mere), 1 hour from Bridlington, York, Filey and Flamborough, easy driving distance from Scarborough, Whitby, The North Yorkshire Moors and 30 minutes from Hull (city centre shopping facilities, the Deep, Maritime history).
